Meet Lead Bartender Sarah Rosner

It’s safe to say that Sarah Rosner knows how to raise the bar. As Radiator’s lead bartender, she oversees an enticing and ambitious program of seasonal and classic cocktails that delight both loyal locals and visiting newcomers.

As a Hawaii native, Rosner’s background influences each of her creations, revealing a deep appreciation for tropical ingredients and dedication to using only the freshest ingredients. In fact, this enthusiastic gardener often sources treasures grown in her own backyard.

Rosner comes to Radiator from Copycat Co.; before that, she worked with cocktail luminary Derek Brown at Eat the Rich, his rock-and-roll, Mid-Atlantic oyster bar. Rosner truly delved into the craft cocktail scene at Jack Rose Dining Saloon, where she gained deep knowledge of cocktail history and the art of working with culinary ingredients. Previous stops on her resume include DC gems like Breadsoda, Marvin, and Townhouse Tavern.
